Shipping policy

At Whisk Victoria, we want your order to arrive safely and on time. We currently ship within Canada only and do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders to Canadian addresses only.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days after your order is successfully placed.

Processing includes verifying your order, preparing your items, packaging your order, and handing it over to the shipping carrier.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, transit time is typically 3–5 business days.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

2–3 business days processing + 3–5 business days transit = approximately 5–8 business days total.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when tracking is available.

You can use the tracking information to follow your package's delivery progress.

Delivery Delays

While we work to meet our estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Carrier delays

  • Holidays and peak shipping periods

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

  • Unexpected transportation or service disruptions

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@whiskvictoria.com. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been shipped.
